At Black & Gold, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

 Exchanges

We offer an exchange facility within 7 days of delivery for reasons such as:

* Size issues
* Product exchange, subject to availability

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred size or product is unavailable, our team will assist you with the available options.

 Important Conditions

* Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
* Any request made after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
* Please note that each order is eligible for an exchange only once
* In case of an exchange, the courier/shipping charges for both ways (pickup of the original product and delivery of the exchanged product) will be borne by the customer and deducted accordingly.
* We recommend checking your order immediately upon delivery and informing us promptly if there is any issue.
